倪永升,西北农林科技大学博士、副教授、硕士生导师。

主要研究领域为肉制品与预制菜加工、贮藏保鲜及安全控制。近五年在Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition,Food Chemistry,Carbohydrate Polymers, LWT-Food Science and Technology,Analytical Chemistry,Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Hazardous Materials等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利10余项,参编国家级专著1部。担任Foods客座编辑、教育部研究生学位论文函评专家、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Research International、InternationalJournal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊的审稿人。

曾获省优秀硕士学位论文,西北农林科技大学优秀博士论文,省科技进步奖二等奖,省优秀毕业生,省优秀志愿者,国家奖学金(本、硕、博阶段各一次)等荣誉。
